Our homepage is MeetWithMe. AI was designed using AI. So there are rooms for improvement. However, the reason why we even had to use AI was because the last designer was a chore to work with. So we don't want to repeat the same problem. Design is not just talking to Figma. It is talking to the client first. You can have the best design skill, but if a client cannot communicate with you, it means nothing. The issue with posting a job listing is freelancers will just blast a cookie-cutter template and forget about how this works. If all we need is to see a portfolio and commonsense, why bother to even post? Can just browse instead of post. So you have to demonstrate/articulate what we are looking for and how it would not be a chore to work with you before we will even bother to reply.
