Description
The account is active, budget is set, targeting is UK, assets are added, conversion tracking exists, and there are no suspensions. However, the campaign simply does not serve.
This project requires expert-level troubleshooting, not setup from scratch.
What we need:
- Full audit of Google Ads + Merchant Center
- Identify the exact root cause of why the PMax campaign is not serving
- Fix all blocking issues (inventory eligibility, feed issues, policy, linking, bidding, signals)
- Ensure the campaign starts receiving impressions and spend
- Brief explanation of what was wrong and what was fixed
Important:
Please apply only if you have previously fixed Performance Max campaigns with zero impressions.
This is not a beginner task. We are looking for someone confident, direct, and experienced with PMax delivery issues.

Just wanted to quickly confirm a few things before diving in:
Is your Merchant Center feed fully approved and syncing daily? Sometimes a minor disapproval or expired feed blocks PMax even if the campaign looks active.
Are there any policy warnings on the asset groups even one restricted asset can stop serving across all networks.
Also, when was the campaign created? If it’s been less than 7–10 days, it might still be in the initial review or learning phase, especially for UK domains.
Lastly, are conversions flowing consistently from other campaigns using the same conversion action? Just want to rule out tracking delays.
