Moodle Specialist Needed – Initial LMS Setup

We are a new, small family run business and piloting this project. For this we are seeking an honest and a reliable Moodle specialist to support the initial setup and configuration of an online Examination/Quizzes/MCQs Preparation Portal on Moodle.

Required experience:

Installing and configuring Moodle on a VPS/MCloud
Handling server-side setup (PHP, database, file permissions)
Managing front-end and back-end essentials (student accounts, roles, permissions, admin controls)
Creating Quizzes/MCQs on Moodle from database provided is a MUST and Most important.
The platform MUST functions correctly on desktop and mobile (responsive / Moodle App compatible)
Setting up SSL certificates
Configuring scheduled tasks (cron jobs)
Performing basic functional and access testing
Providing us benificial advice.
Ensuring data ownership and admin access are fully transferred
Providing a complete handover, including:
Admin credentials
Brief setup documentation or guidance

Possible time commitment required: 3-4 hours (+PLS)

Post-launch support:
Up to 2 hours of post-launch support to troubleshoot any initial issues after delivery

Scope clarification:
Hosting will be provided.
This is a one-time setup task
No custom theme or plugin development
No content creation required
Ongoing maintenance beyond post-launch support is out of scope. However, when/if large database upload is required, preference will be given to the individual successfullycompleted the job and to our satisfaction.
Ongoing monthly maintainance of the portal may also be offered to the right individual.
