Create new plans for a cellar (basement) using existing plans

Please post examples of similar work in reply.

We need new plans creating from existing plans.

The original plans are dimensionally correct so little work is required. Its more a case of finessing the plans.

We want perhaps 3 drawings.
1. Existing -use existing DWG and revise to make it look more appealing (template will be provided)
2. Proposed use existing DWG and revise to make it look more appealing (template will be provided)
3. 3d view showing natural lighting
