I’m looking for an experienced Klaviyo + WooCommerce specialist who can independently design and configure our order confirmation email templates to a premium and automatic workflow.
The templates are partially started, but I need someone with the technical expertise and initiative to take ownership of the setup and build this properly from end to end.
This role requires someone who can:
Analyse the available event data in Klaviyo, decide the correct structure and variables to use and implement conditional logic and dynamic tables for the following:
- Order Confirmation Emails
- Your Order Has Been Shipped/Delivered- Integrating automatic tracking via our tracking plugin
- Product post-purchase follow up
- Event post-purchase follow up
- Abandoned cart
There is potential for ongoing work beyond this project for the right freelancer.

Question - Is this just firing email to customer or actually setting up tracking on your website?
I assume all the other points is to trigger email only?
