If you feel we are standing outside speaking for too long, you can extract the audio from the introduction and begin showing the interior while the introduction audio continues. We are looking for a high-level Direct Response Video Editor who specialises in Facebook/Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands. This is NOT an AI-only editing role. You need to understand what makes a performance ad convert — strong hooks, fast pacing, retention, UGC/native editing, product b-roll, subtitles, sound design and attention to detail. You will be producing 3–4 ad concepts per day, typically 60–200 seconds long, including revisions based on feedback. What you'll be doing: Editing direct-response Facebook/Meta ads Working with UGC, real footage, product b-roll and stock footage Creating strong hooks and maintaining retention throughout the ad Adding subtitles, motion graphics, sound design and transitions Using AI-generated b-roll when it improves the creative Creating AI voiceovers/talking characters when required Spotting and fixing bad AI footage, unnatural movement, poor lip-syncing, incorrect accents and other small mistakes Making revisions quickly based on feedback You should be experienced with tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects CapCut Desktop DaVinci Resolve ElevenLabs HeyGen Runway Kling Midjourney Topaz Video AI You do NOT need to use every tool listed above. What matters most is that you can produce high-quality direct-response ads quickly and consistently.
