Video / Cameo PP Editor Needed

Video Editor Needed – Professional E-Learning / Training Videos

We are looking for an experienced video editor with e-learning, corporate training or online course experience to edit a series of 5 professional training modules.

The presentations have already been professionally designed and recorded using PowerPoint Cameo. We are not looking for the slides to be recreated or redesigned.

The PowerPoint presentation can be exported directly as an MP4 and used as the basis for editing.

What we need

We want to transform the existing presentation into a polished, engaging online learning experience.

Editing will include:

*Integrating the presenter naturally into the main screen rather than leaving them permanently in a small corner box.
*Using different layouts where appropriate, e.g. presenter on one side with key content on the other.
*Occasional highlighting/animation of important points as the presenter discusses them.
*Relevant graphics, icons or simple visual elements to reinforce key topics.
*Subtle movement and visual changes to maintain engagement.
*Clean, professional transitions.
*Ensuring the presenter/voice remains correctly synchronised with the presentation.
*Professional audio treatment.
*Music for the opening and closing, with smooth fades and occasional use for major transitions rather than continuous background music.

We do not require every bullet point or slide to be animated. We are looking for thoughtful visual emphasis at appropriate moments throughout the training.

The finished videos should feel like a professionally produced online course, not simply a PowerPoint presentation with a webcam recording in the corner.

Style

Clean, modern, professional and engaging. We already have the presentation design and branding, so the focus is on video editing and visual engagement, not redesigning the slides.

Important

There are 5 modules in total, with a tight delivery schedule.

We would initially like a short sample section from Module 1 edited by 23rd September so we can agree on the visual style before it is applied across the complete series.

The remaining modules need to be completed by 6 October 2026.

Before submitting a proposal, please:

Confirm your availability and turnaround time.
Confirm when you could complete Module 1.
Confirm you can complete the remaining modules by 28 September.
Provide examples of e-learning, training, educational or presenter-led video editing you have previously completed.
Confirm that graphics, key-point highlighting, presenter integration, audio/music editing and transitions are included in your quote.

Once i receive your proposal i will provide you with the source material before committing to the project and only submit a proposal if you are confident you can deliver the required style and timeframe.
