We are an established UK ecommerce business using Shopify and are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us properly set up, organise and optimise our Facebook and Instagram presence. We already have an existing Meta Business Manager and some existing Meta infrastructure. However, we need someone to review the current setup, correct any issues and create a straightforward system that our team can eventually manage ourselves. 1. Instagram & Facebook Graphic Design / Visual Layout This is a very important part of the project. We don't simply want the technical infrastructure configured. We want our Facebook and Instagram presence to look professional, premium, consistent and appropriate for a high-quality physical-product brand. We would like help creating an overall visual system including: Instagram grid/feed style and layout Facebook and Instagram product post designs New-product launch graphics Promotional/campaign graphics Instagram Story templates Story Highlight covers Facebook post/advertising creative Reusable branded templates Consistent fonts, colours, spacing and product presentation We already have existing branding and professional product imagery that can be used. The objective is to establish the correct structure and teach us how to manage straightforward campaigns ourselves. 4. Training & Handover This is another important part of the project. Once everything has been established, we would like the freelancer to guide our team through the process over the first couple of months, so that we understand how to operate the system ourselves.
