Video editor for YouTube architectural transformation

About the Project:
I am looking for a skilled video editor to establish an ongoing collaboration for an architectural YouTube channel focused on residential layout transformations, floor plan redesigns, and domestic space planning.
The content is calm, visual, and educational. I will appear on camera minimally (brief intro/outro); the core focus is on 2D floor plans, digital hand-sketch overlays, and 3D visualisations.
Deliverable for this Project:
Edit 1 initial pilot video (target finished length: 8–10 minutes) as a paid trial.
If the workflow and style align, this will convert into a consistent, long-term collaboration (batching regular long-form videos).
Style & Pacing Reference:
