Video editor recurring work daily weekly for the right person

This is actually one of our more difficult properties to edit, so it should be a good test for more work - a lot more

SNEAK PEEK

Please use the shorter clips only, generally around 2–3 seconds per shot. You don’t need to use every clip—usually 2–3 clips from each room is enough.

Please keep the video moving through the property room by room in this order:

Exterior
Living room
Kitchen
Utility — feel free to leave this out as it is small and dark
Office
Sun room
Main bedroom — the room with the glass wardrobes
Bathroom
Second bedroom — the child’s room
Garden

WALKTHROUGH

Use the DJI clip for the introduction.

We had to film this property room by room because of some of the belongings lying around. Usually, we can film the walkthrough with a more continuous flow.

Most shots finish facing towards the door to make it easier to transition naturally into the next room.

After the DJI introduction, the walkthrough begins in the hallway and then moves into the living room. Please follow the same room order listed above.

If you feel we are standing outside speaking for too long, you can extract the audio from the introduction and begin showing the interior while the introduction audio continues. Use whichever option you think produces the best result.

EDITING STYLE

Please keep the edits clean, natural and tidy:

No captions or on-screen text
No additional B-roll
No transitions or flashy effects
No AI- at all
A slight filter is fine—we normally use approximately 50% intensity when editing in CapCut
Standard colour correction, stabilisation and noise reduction are fine

We will share a drive for a trial run - it will be paid if good and can have a lot for at £8 per video.
