Sales - cold calling and presentations for warm leads
I hope you are well. We are a land investment and membership club. We are looking for someone to have one hour zoom calls with warm leads talking through our brochure and service to property sourcers and investors and chasing up to close the sale. Training will be provided and you are simply reading from the brochure. Calls tend to be approx. 40 mins. We are happy to pay an hourly rate plus £100 commission for each sale. Sometimes people do not show up to the call so if this happens we would be really grateful if you can do some cold calls to estate agents to offer our services where we can provide you with the script and contacts to set up a zoom call and speak to them about our service on another day. The service for estate agents isn’t chargeable. We can guarantee you 5 hours a week paid an hourly rate plus commission and the hours can increase over time if you would like more work.
