Creative e-Learning Content Writer

We’re looking for an experienced contractor writer to work with our in-house production team. This is a massive opportunity to work and learn alongside some of the best in the business, writing and creating e-learning content for our courses. While the focus is primarily on learning, we’re stupendously creative, too! So you’ll get the opportunity to flex those imagineering skills when you help bring our e-learning products to life. Your main duties will include: -

Writing e-learning courses with topics ranging from ladder health & safety to safeguarding, cybersecurity and more!
Screenplay writing for animation (full support and training given)
Reviewing and editing written content created by our freelance writing team
Supporting the Production Team in the development of storyboards and animations
Taking time to absorb new information and styles to improve your own skills
Version control and keeping copy up to date/amended when needed

You must have: -

Experience specifically writing e-learning content
At least three years as a professional writer in a learning capacity
Editing and reviewing experience and a keen eye for detail
Creative writing experience
Excellent knowledge of word processing packages including MS Word and Google Docs
Excellent research and communication skills
Excellent command of English, grammar, and punctuation
The ability to switch styles, tone and voice. You must be adaptable.
The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Impeccable time management
Great storytelling skills
Resilience and creative-ego free. The role is fast-paced and often requires client amends
