Linkedin Content Strategist & Daily Engagement Partner
I’m the Retail Director at a UK-based freight forwarding company. I want to build a strong, authentic personal brand on LinkedIn in the freight, logistics and supply chain space — with a particular focus on retail sector challenges and solutions. My goals: • Become a recognised voice and thought leader • Grow my follower base with the right people (retailers, supply chain/procurement professionals, logistics peers, decision-makers) • Increase meaningful engagement and inbound opportunities • Stay super active and visible in a smart, sustainable way I already create my own posts and graphics. I’m looking for a strategic partner who will guide the “what” and “when”, while also handling the heavy lifting on daily engagement. What you’ll be responsible for: 1. Content Strategy & Storyboarding Develop clear content pillars tailored to a Retail Director in freight forwarding. Create weekly/bi-weekly content calendars with post ideas, recommended formats (carousels, text, polls, short video, documents, etc.), strong hooks, and calls-to-action. Provide outlines or suggested copy (I will write the final versions and create all graphics). 2. Posting Schedule & Activations Recommend the best days/times for a UK B2B audience in 2026. Advise on LinkedIn algorithm best practices, what “activations” actually move the needle (polls, carousels, series, commenting strategies, etc.), and how to maximise reach and engagement. 3. Daily Niche Engagement (core part of the role) Thoughtfully comment on 20–50 relevant LinkedIn posts per day in the freight, logistics, supply chain, retail, and import/export space. Comments must be high-quality, value-adding and non-spammy (sharing insights, asking smart questions, adding perspective). This is manual work only. The goal is visibility, relationship-building and algorithm love. You’ll report on activity and results. 4. Follower Growth & Overall Strategy Give ongoing advice on profile optimisation, networking, content repurposing, and how to best use my current Botdog automation tool alongside organic activity. Help me market myself effectively and accelerate follower growth in a compliant way. 5. Reporting & Collaboration Weekly or fortnightly check-ins (Zoom or async) to review LinkedIn analytics, discuss what’s working, refine the strategy, and plan ahead. Track progress against clear KPIs (follower growth, engagement, profile views, quality of comments, etc.). What I will handle: • Writing and publishing all final posts + creating graphics • Day-to-day posting on my profile • Giving you any sector-specific insights you need Ideal freelancer: • Proven experience helping B2B executives or professionals grow their LinkedIn presence through content strategy + daily engagement (please share real results or case studies). • Strong understanding of current LinkedIn best practices (2026 algorithm, personal branding, what actually works for B2B service/industry profiles). • Excellent at crafting professional yet conversational B2B content ideas — especially in freight, logistics, supply chain or retail (prior experience in these sectors is a big plus). • Reliable and disciplined with daily engagement work. You enjoy being active on LinkedIn and know how to comment in a way that builds genuine connections. • Comfortable working with or advising on tools like Botdog. • UK/EU timezone preferred (or very flexible). • 100% committed to staying within LinkedIn’s Terms of Service (manual, high-quality commenting only — no automation for comments). How we’ll work: This is an ongoing role. I’d like to start with a 4-week trial, then move to a monthly retainer if it’s a good fit. Please include in your proposal: • Why you’re the right person for this (and any relevant niche experience) • Your approach to daily commenting (include 2–3 examples of strong vs weak comments in a B2B context) • 3–5 suggested content pillar/theme ideas specifically for a Retail Director in freight forwarding • A sample 1-week content idea list (5–7 post concepts) • Your proposed weekly time commitment and rate (hourly or monthly package) • Links to relevant work, portfolio, or your own LinkedIn profile so I can see your style and results Indicative budget: £800 – £1,100 per month (depending on experience, hours and results). Quality and reliability are more important than the lowest price. Realistic proposals welcome. I’m looking for a long-term partner who is proactive, strategic, and excited about helping me become consistently visible and valuable on LinkedIn. Looking forward to your proposals

22 days ago16 proposalsRemoteWhite-Hat Local SEO Link Builder / Citation Specialist
OVERVIEW I run a portfolio of ~16 local service businesses (luxury transportation / black-car, home services, pet care) in San Diego and the US–Mexico border region. I need a white-hat link builder and local-SEO specialist to earn relevant, real backlinks and build accurate local citations across the portfolio. Ongoing work for the right person. SCOPE - Build and verify local citations with consistent NAP (name, address, phone): Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, BBB, chambers of commerce, and industry-specific directories. - Earn niche-relevant backlinks through manual outreach: travel/tourism blogs, local news, event and wedding vendors, hotels, and partner businesses. - Digital PR / HARO-style placements where relevant. - Deliver a report with a LIVE URL for every link and citation, the page it sits on, and one line on why it's relevant. HARD RULES — READ BEFORE APPLYING - NO PBNs, link farms, blog-comment spam, directory-blast tools, or "X backlinks for $Y" packages. Links from auto-generated or topically irrelevant domains will be rejected and unpaid. - White-hat only. Every link must be a real, indexable page relevant to a local service business. - No link schemes that violate Google's guidelines. Quality over quantity — I would rather have 10 relevant links than 500 junk ones. TO APPLY (I ignore generic/templated proposals) 1. Do NOT tell me how many links you can build per month. Tell me your PROCESS. 2. Name 3 directories or sites you'd target for a luxury airport car-service business in San Diego, plus 1 for a cross-border travel service. 3. Share 3 live URLs of relevant links you've earned for past clients (actual links, not a screenshot of a dashboard). 4. In one sentence: what's the difference between a citation and a backlink? TERMS Paid trial first: 10 verified citations/links on ONE site. If the quality holds, scale to all 16. Budget: This is a paid trial — 10 verified citations on one site. Fixed: $30 per trial site. Upon successful completion of one trial site, you will be assigned 16 additional sites.

The website belongs to an established UK ecommerce fulfilment company and has recently undergone a significant SEO expansion, including new commercial landing pages, industry pages and supporting content to build topical authority. Google Search Console shows rankings have generally improved over the past 12 months, but enquiries have slowed slightly. I would like an independent assessment of whether there are any technical, structural or strategic issues preventing further growth. ## Scope of Work Please review: ### Technical SEO * Crawlability & indexation * XML sitemap & robots.txt * Canonicals & redirects * Duplicate content * Broken links * URL structure * Core Web Vitals & page speed * Mobile usability * Schema * JavaScript rendering * Image optimisation * Any technical issues affecting rankings ### Website Structure * Information architecture * Internal linking * Topic clusters & silos * Navigation * Keyword cannibalisation ### Content Identify: * Thin or weak pages * Content gaps * Duplicate topics * Opportunities to consolidate or expand content I do **not** want pages rewritten - I want to know what should be improved and why. ### Competitor Analysis Compare against leading UK fulfilment companies and identify: * Keyword opportunities * Content gaps * Authority gaps * Competitive advantages we are missing ### Commercial SEO Assess how well the website targets high-intent searches such as Shopify Fulfilment, Ecommerce Fulfilment, Fashion Fulfilment, Omnichannel Fulfilment and other commercially valuable terms. ### AI Search Please assess how well the website is positioned for: * Google AI Overviews * ChatGPT Search * Perplexity * Claude * Gemini * Bing Copilot Review: * Topical authority * Entity optimisation * Semantic coverage * EEAT * Structured data * Internal linking * Brand authority * Opportunities to become a trusted AI citation ### Conversion Optimisation Review the site from a potential customer's perspective and identify opportunities to improve: * Calls to action * Trust signals * User journey * Contact forms * Commercial messaging * Overall conversion rate ## Deliverables Please provide: * Executive summary * Prioritised recommendations * Expected business impact * Estimated implementation difficulty * Quick wins Please categorise recommendations as: * High Impact / Low Effort * High Impact / High Effort * Low Impact / Low Effort * Low Impact / High Effort Finally, if this were **your own business**, what are the **five improvements** you would make first, and why? ## Important I am **not** looking for generic advice such as "write more blogs", "add keywords" or "build backlinks". Recommendations should be specific, evidence-based and prioritised according to business impact. Please do not use AI to generate your report. Marketing & Strategy for Launching Membership Programme
Membership Launch Specialist — Online Courses & Communities (UK Hours) About us We're a UK-based, people-first business coaching and skills platform built for small business owners. Our membership combines live coaching, online courses, community and a proprietary smart business app — all at an affordable monthly price. Think of us as a trusted business partner in your pocket, not another tool. We're live, we're trading, and we're ready to grow. We need the right person to help us find our first 100 members — and beyond. What we're looking for An experienced membership and online course launch specialist who has done this before — multiple times, with real results to show for it. You'll know the names Stu McLaren and Amy Porterfield. You'll have strong opinions about what works and what doesn't. You'll be comfortable owning both the strategy and the execution. This is not a role for someone who has read about membership launches. We need someone who has run them. What you'll do You'll take ownership of our membership launch — from strategy through to sign-ups. That includes: Reviewing our current funnel, messaging and positioning and identifying gaps. Building and executing a launch plan designed to convert our first 100 members. Running or overseeing paid and organic acquisition across the right channels. Managing email sequences, landing pages and conversion optimisation. Reporting clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing. You'll work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees. Fast decisions and real collaboration. Must-haves Proven experience launching online membership programmes or course communities — not just marketing generally. A track record you can point to: real member numbers, real conversion rates, real results. Familiarity with the membership industry — Stu McLaren, Amy Porterfield, the Membership Guys — you know the ecosystem. Full-stack capability: you can lead strategy and get into implementation. Excellent written and spoken English. Available to work within UK business hours (GMT/BST). Nice to haves Experience with small business, coaching or B2B audiences. Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them in a marketing workflow. Experience with webinar-led funnels as a conversion mechanism. How to apply We will only consider applications that include the following: Two or three examples of membership or course launches you have personally worked on. For each: the platform or product, your specific role, the number of members acquired, and the key tactics that drove results. A brief note on what didn't work in one of those launches and what you learned. A short paragraph on how you would approach finding our first 100 members for a UK-based small business coaching and skills membership — what would your first 30 days look like? Applications without this information will not be reviewed. The opportunity This starts as a project focused on our first 100 members. If the fit is right and results follow, this becomes a longer-term and potentially full-time engagement. We're building something with genuine long-term potential — and we want the right people growing with us.
a month ago29 proposalsRemoteExpires in 3AI Video Expert for Photorealistic Skincare Product Reels
ChatGPT generated applications will be ignored - please write to me in your own words. We are looking for an experienced AI video generation specialist to create approximately 20 short, photorealistic video clips, each around 2–4 seconds long, for a professional skincare and post-treatment product range. These clips will later be edited together into short Instagram and TikTok reels. This role is focused on generating the individual cinematic clips rather than editing one complete reel from start to finish. This is not suitable for someone who has only experimented casually with AI video. We need a specialist who understands how to select and use different AI video models depending on the scene, achieve realistic human movement and skin texture, maintain accurate product proportions and create polished footage that does not look obviously AI-generated. The type of footage required The clips will include a mixture of: Cinematic skincare product reveals Luxury product shots using supplied reference images Realistic cream textures and application Clients resting after professional skin treatments Naturally flushed post-treatment skin Practitioners working in professional clinic environments Close-up treatment and aftercare moments Products being placed into aftercare bags or handed to clients Slow, premium camera movements suitable for luxury skincare advertising The overall aesthetic must feel: Photorealistic, cinematic, premium, professional and believable. We do not want plastic-looking skin, distorted hands, unrealistic anatomy, warped packaging, altered labels or generic “AI spa” footage. Branding and creative direction We will provide: Product images and packaging references Brand logos Website links Existing carousel graphics and AI-generated imagery for visual inspiration Colour palettes and brand direction A detailed description of each required clip Prompts and key instructions for the scenes You will be expected to follow the supplied branding closely and maintain visual consistency across all clips. The product packaging must remain recognisable and correctly proportioned. Bottle shapes must not be shortened, widened or distorted, and sachets must appear at an accurate scale beside larger products. All written overlays, logos and final captions will normally be added during editing, so the generated footage should be clean and suitable for text placement. Essential experience You must have strong practical experience using several leading AI video-generation models and understand which model is best suited to different types of footage. Experience with tools and models such as the following is highly desirable: Google Veo Kling Runway Adobe Firefly Sora Luma Hailuo Seedance Other photorealistic image-to-video and text-to-video models You should understand: Text-to-video and image-to-video workflows Reference-image consistency Product animation Realistic skin and facial detail Natural hand and body movement Cinematic lighting Camera movement and framing Vertical 9:16 social-media production Negative prompting and artefact reduction How to identify and reject visibly distorted generations How to create several variations and select the strongest result Experience producing content for skincare, cosmetics, beauty, aesthetics, PMU, tattooing or professional treatments would be particularly valuable. Need: Approximately 20 finished video clips Each clip approximately 2–4 seconds long Vertical 9:16 format High-resolution output suitable for Instagram Reels and TikTok Clean footage without added captions unless specifically requested Consistent colour grading and visual style Organised, clearly labelled files Reasonable revisions where anatomy, packaging or movement is visibly incorrect The final number of clips may change slightly as the project develops. Quality expectations The footage must not look obviously AI-generated. We will not accept clips containing: Distorted or changing product packaging Incorrect logos or altered labels Squashed or widened bottles Extra or fused fingers Unnatural hands or limbs Plastic-looking skin Strange eye or facial movement Overly dramatic or surreal movement Generic, fake-looking clinical environments Inconsistent products between clips Attention to detail is essential. When applying Include: Examples of your best photorealistic AI-generated videos Examples of skincare, beauty, product or human-focused work The AI video models you use most confidently Your preferred workflow for maintaining product consistency Confirmation that you can work from supplied reference images and detailed prompts Your estimated cost for approximately 20 clips of 2–4 seconds each Turnaround time Whether your price includes generation credits and revisions Please do not apply with generic AI showreels full of fantasy scenes, animation or dramatic visual effects. We specifically need someone who can produce subtle, realistic, premium commercial footage.

Bespoke Online Booking System for External Assessors
OVERVIEW We're a care home group with 8 homes. We need a simple, self-service web booking tool for external assessors (DoLS Best Interests Assessors, CHC assessors, FNC reviewers, IMCAs, and others) to book their own visit slots to assess a resident. Currently done manually by phone/email — slow and time consuming. We want this replaced with a lightweight tool. WHO USES IT External assessors (primary users) — book their own slot, no account hassle. Our central Assessments and Contracts team (oversees all 8 homes) — configures settings and sees all bookings. CORE FEATURES Public booking page(s) — one per home or a single page with a home selector. Assessment type selection (DoLS, CHC, FNC Review, DST, IMCA, Best Interests Meeting, "Other" free text) — expandable later. Live availability & direct booking — no manual approval needed for MVP. Configurable minimum notice period per assessment type — e.g. DoLS bookable next day, CHC needs 2 weeks minimum, others TBC. Must be adjustable by our Assessments and Contracts team via a settings screen, not hardcoded. Outlook Calendar integration (Microsoft Graph API) — bookings sync with real per-home calendars and auto-create events. Automatic confirmation/reminder emails to assessor and home contact on booking, change, or cancellation. Microsoft Teams integration — auto-generate a Teams link for remote/hybrid visits. Booking form fields: assessor name/organisation/email/phone; resident's name; resident's DOB or NHS number; assessment type; "will staff time be required?" (Y/N); "will medical records be required?" (Y/N); "has NOK been notified?" (Y/N); free-text notes. Self-service reschedule/cancel via link in confirmation email. Central dashboard for the Assessments and Contracts team — view bookings across all homes, manage notice-period settings. NICE-TO-HAVES (not required for MVP) Per-home blackout dates; CSV/Excel export; SMS reminders. TECHNICAL PREFERENCES Must integrate with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Teams) via Graph API or equivalent — no third-party calendar system. Freelancer's choice of platform/stack, as long as it integrates well with M365 and is easy for us to maintain (please explain your approach, e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate vs custom web app). Mobile-friendly, since assessors will often book from their phone. DATA PROTECTION Resident DOB/NHS number plus assessment type counts as special category health data under UK GDPR.
