## Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced freelance Creator Outreach & Community Manager to identify, contact, and build relationships with micro creators across Europe.

Your primary goal is to secure product seeding opportunities with creators who produce authentic skincare content and can generate honest reviews, UGC, and social content.

This is a relationship-building role—not a mass outreach position.

## Responsibilities

### Creator Research

* Identify relevant skincare, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle creators across:

* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts
* Focus primarily on creators located in:

* Germany
* United Kingdom
* Netherlands
* Sweden
* France
* Denmark
* Evaluate creators based on:

* Audience quality
* Engagement rate
* Content quality
* Brand fit
* Authenticity

### Outreach

* Write personalized outreach messages.
* Contact creators via email or direct message.
* Build genuine relationships.
* Answer creator questions professionally.
* Coordinate shipping information.
* Follow up with creators after delivery.
* Encourage honest product reviews (never request only positive reviews).

### Campaign Management

Maintain a creator database including:

* Contact details
* Platform
* Country
* Follower count
* Engagement rate
* Outreach status
* Shipping status
* Content received
* Permission to reuse content
* Future collaboration opportunities

### Reporting

Provide a weekly report covering:

* Creators researched
* Outreach sent
* Response rate
* Products shipped
* Content created
* UGC received
* Opportunities and recommendations

## Requirements

* Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong written English.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized.
* Comfortable using spreadsheets or Airtable.
* Experience with Instagram and TikTok outreach.
* Able to identify authentic creators rather than relying solely on follower count.

Preferred:

* Experience with European skincare brands.
* Knowledge of organic or natural beauty.
* German, French, Dutch, or Swedish language skills are a plus.

## Success Metrics (KPIs)

Weekly:

* Research 100–150 qualified creators.
* Send 50–75 personalized outreach messages.
* Achieve a response rate of at least 20%.
* Secure 10–15 product seeding agreements.

Monthly:

* Ship products to 30–50 creators.
* Receive 20+ pieces of user-generated content.
* Obtain permission to reuse content from participating creators.
* Build a pipeline of creators interested in future collaborations.
