White-Hat Local SEO Link Builder / Citation Specialist

OVERVIEW
I run a portfolio of ~16 local service businesses (luxury transportation / black-car, home services, pet care) in San Diego and the US–Mexico border region. I need a white-hat link builder and local-SEO specialist to earn relevant, real backlinks and build accurate local citations across the portfolio. Ongoing work for the right person.

SCOPE
- Build and verify local citations with consistent NAP (name, address, phone): Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, BBB, chambers of commerce, and industry-specific directories.
- Earn niche-relevant backlinks through manual outreach: travel/tourism blogs, local news, event and wedding vendors, hotels, and partner businesses.
- Digital PR / HARO-style placements where relevant.
- Deliver a report with a LIVE URL for every link and citation, the page it sits on, and one line on why it's relevant.

HARD RULES — READ BEFORE APPLYING
- NO PBNs, link farms, blog-comment spam, directory-blast tools, or "X backlinks for $Y" packages. Links from auto-generated or topically irrelevant domains will be rejected and unpaid.
- White-hat only. Every link must be a real, indexable page relevant to a local service business.
- No link schemes that violate Google's guidelines. Quality over quantity — I would rather have 10 relevant links than 500 junk ones.

Fixed: $30 per trial site.
Upon successful completion of one trial site, you will be assigned 16 additional sites.
