Report any bugs you encounter through the questionnaire or via PPH If something goes wrong during the test (an error, a step doesn't work), that's still useful — flag it in the questionnaire and you'll still get paid. I just need genuine engagement with the test, not a perfect run. A note on fees and payment The £35 fee is FIXED AND NON NEGOTIABLE. Please don't apply quoting a higher figure or planning to renegotiate after acceptance — those proposals will be skipped automatically and reported to PPH. Payment is processed exclusively through PeoplePerHour's escrow system.
