Short animation to tease a new product

I’m looking for a designer to create a 15-second animation to tease a new product. The concept is to build anticipation by showing the product flickering on screen, as though it is about to be revealed. This would be followed by a sequence of on-screen text (which I will provide) to deliver the strapline and key messaging. The animation should then end with a clear call-to-action, including a QR code directing viewers to a website. I can supply a trackable QR code for this.
