Project Brief: Fundraising and Social Media Campaign for New Website Launch We are a new organization preparing to launch our website and establish our online presence for the first time. While our digital platform is new, our organization is already locally established in the United States. Before going live, we are seeking support for two key priorities: strengthening our fundraising efforts and creating a consistent, professional social media presence that supports awareness, engagement, and long-term growth. Project Objectives Improve and expand our existing GoFundMe fundraising campaign to support our awareness program. Scope of Work The selected freelancer or agency will first focus on fundraising strategy and promotion. This includes reviewing the existing GoFundMe campaign, identifying opportunities to improve messaging and visibility, and helping us reach the right demographic and marketplace. The fundraising work should be closely aligned with the development of social media content and campaign materials. In addition, we need support creating a more polished and consistent brand presence across our social media channels. We already have most of our social media platforms set up and have begun building an audience, but we need professional templates, messaging, and content that can be used consistently across channels. Key Deliverables Review and recommendations for improving the current GoFundMe fundraiser. Fundraising messaging and promotional strategy for the awareness program. Social media templates that can be used across selected platforms. A short introductory video explaining who we are, what we do, and our organizational goals. Content suitable for social media, fundraising outreach, and potential investor communications. Short sample snippets or examples of the types of conversations or interactions that may take place on the website. Budget The budget for Phase One is $350. This phase will focus on improving the fundraiser, creating foundational campaign materials, and establishing a more uniform social media presence. I’m looking for a freelance content creator/copywriter to help turn existing blog content into engaging, easy-to-read social media carousels. We currently have a backlog of 50 carousels to create, with the potential for ongoing work afterwards.
