Social Media Video Editor – LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, TikTok

Overview
I have a 7-minute talking-head video and need a skilled editor to turn it into a polished content package ready for distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
What the job involves

Edit the master clip for pacing, removing filler words and awkward pauses
Create multiple short-form clips optimised for each platform — you decide what's worth clipping and why
Source and add relevant b-roll where it strengthens the content
Add captions/subtitles (accurate, well-styled, platform-appropriate)
Apply colour grading for a clean, professional look
Add text overlays, lower thirds, or on-screen hooks where appropriate
Deliver platform-specific aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1 as needed)

What I'm looking for

Strong portfolio of talking-head / personal brand video edits, particularly for LinkedIn and Instagram
Someone who thinks like a content strategist, not just a technician
Good communication and ability to flag creative decisions clearly

Deliverables

Edited master cut
3–6 short-form clips with captions, b-roll, and correct formatting per platform
All files in appropriate formats and resolutions
