Kitchen Design + 3D Renderings
Attached is an image of a modern kitchen design. I like its theme and look and would like someone to design my new house kitchen following the same theme and look, however, it needs to have its own configuration to suit my kitchen's dimensions and layout (which is different than the example). Please see the first attached image. The only exception is to apply matte material for cabinet doors. The second attachment is an image showing my kitchen's dimensions. I wish to change the floor tiles to new ones that are large size glossy (shiny) porcelain tiles that look like marble. The selected designer is to suggest the size and specific tile that would best suit the kitchen design. I also would like to leave no empty space on top of the upper kitchen cabinets. In other words, the upper cabinets are to be designed to reach the gypsum ceiling with no gap in between. Parts of the kitchen cabinets are to be designed to be floor to ceiling whereas other parts are to be designed as lower cabinets with porcelain countertops and then upper cabinets (please see the example model design - first attachment). REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (of the final design and details that I have approved): 1- Three 3D Renderings (HD - photo realistic) presenting all sides of the final kitchen design with clear rendering of all details 2- One flooring plan showing the final configuration of the floor tiles 3- The image, product name, color code and number of each of the following (separately): 1) Material to be used for the exterior of the cabinet doors and drawers; 2) Porcelain countertop; 3) Floor tile 4. I have a small wood burner installation company based in England. We are manually repeating a lot of admin tasks, and I want to reduce this and utilise a system that is automated and streamlined. COMPANY BACKGROUND/HOW WE OPERATE My stove installation company has been operating for over 10 years. We do not have a showroom. In addition to stove installations, we also provide an annual stove service/chimney sweeping service. For each service (Installation or service), there tends to be 3 main stages that cover from enquiry to completion. Each stage is fairly comprehensive and detailed. We have many templates that are used depending on the software and stage. These stages are: 1: Enquiry - data collection/input/quotes 2: Accepting work – diary management/invoicing 3: Completion – invoicing/certification/diary management (services) SERVICES DURATION Installations: Installations tend to last between 1-3 days. We tend to perform approximately 100 installations per year. Services: Services tend to take 30-45 minutes. We have about 500 regular customers. Each year we project to increase this number by about 70. STAFF COUNT I employ technicians to carry out the installations and services. I employ admin help (VA) to perform administrative tasks. I perform both roles. Employees vary depending on how busy we are (busier in winter) and varies between 3-7 full time positions. Typically the technicians (installation/service team) double the admin team in a ratio of 2:1. CURRENT SOFTWARE For software, we use Gmail, Google calendar, Trello, QuickBooks and Google maps. Payments are made by BACS. QuickBooks is the only subscription that is paid for. Our accountant doesn’t want us to switch software, but if this is stopping us from progressing, I am willing to change accountants, and switch software. WILLING TO CHANGE I don’t think we are being effective in how we use our existing systems. Purely because, with regards to admin tasks, I find that we are doing many repetitive tasks. I want to streamline this. I am willing to pay more in subscriptions if add-ons/plug-ins, etc. are required. I am willing to change the systems we use, if there is a more effective system. We like Trello but am aware that we are not using its full potential, as we haven’t figured how to. HARDWARE Between the technician (install/servicing) teams and the admin teams, the hardware we use vary between Macs and PC’s, iPhones and other smartphones. Currently, with regards to the technician team (install/servicing), only the servicing technician is using Trello to help feedback to the admin team regarding completion notes/certificates. MISSION/OBJECTIVES My vision is to be able to integrate our systems so that we are able to use as few systems as possible, but more importantly, the software speaks to each other – so that ultimately, whenever we input data, the changes made (throughout as many systems as possible) are automatically updated. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS • Less repeated data input • Software systems to include email, lists, invoicing, calendar, maps, etc. • Systems speak to each other and automatically update • Template emails are automatically sent depending on the given scenario. • Customers can amend their appointment date/time. • Customers will be informed of their ETA on the day of their installation/service (provided by technicians) • Technicians (installer/service) can use a checklist and add notes on completion • Customers will be able to pay immediately on completion (credit card/smartphone portable machine -n.b. not using these yet) • Each payment feeds into our accounting software, and ultimately will generate receipts and template completion emails. • The calendar will be updated and a potential date for their first/next service will be generated (which they can change if they wish). REALISTIC I understand my budget will increase. I understand that costs for consultancy will vary depending on expertise and time. I understand that this may take time. I understand that all I ask for may not be possible. I understand that any one person may not be able to help with all my requirements. WHAT I EXPECT But I am looking for comprehensive help. Ideally this person has had experience in providing business management advice/help/change to similar service companies; ones that have a relatively high customer client base, with similar software management requirements. PLEASE PROVIDE If you think you are able to help, please provide a quote/costs for your services and what experience you will be able to provide/have had. PATIENCE Please bear with my response.
