Proven Creator Affiliate Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Growth Manager to launch a measurable creator-affiliate programme for Givrr, a live direct fan-messaging app for 18+ adult-friendly creators.

This is NOT a basic lead-generation, social-media-management or mass-messaging role. We need someone who has previously recruited and activated affiliates, creators or performance-based partners and can show measurable results.

GOAL

Build a repeatable programme that generates:

* Active affiliates
* Qualified creator referrals
* Attributed registrations
* Paying subscriptions
* Renewals and measurable revenue

Givrr is already live. We are now completing unique referral links/codes, install-to-registration attribution, subscription/renewal/refund reporting, affiliate reports and creator research.

No outreach may begin until Givrr approves the tracking, offer, target list and messages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create an affiliate recruitment and activation strategy
* Identify qualified affiliate partners
* Recommend channels and priority markets
* Prepare personalised outreach and follow-ups
* Design affiliate onboarding and activation
* Track results from contact to revenue
* Report objections and programme improvements

Suitable partners may include creator educators, legitimate managers/agencies, webcam-industry professionals, community operators, adult-industry marketers, relevant micro-influencers and proven affiliate marketers.

Priority markets include Latin America, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Eastern Europe, UK and USA. You do not need to cover every market.
