Adult Creator Outreach & Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced creator outreach and recruitment specialist to help us onboard independent adult creators to a new private fan-messaging platform.

This is an active outreach role — not just lead research.

We need someone who can find and contact real, active 18+ creators, including:

* Independent webcam performers
* OnlyFans creators
* Fansly creators
* Adult content creators
* Models already monetising audiences online
* Independent creators working from home without an agency

What you will do

* Find relevant active creators across X/Twitter, Instagram, creator communities, webcam platforms and other appropriate public sources
* Identify creators who are already monetising an audience
* Contact them directly using personalised outreach
* Explain the opportunity clearly and professionally
* Follow up with creators who do not initially respond
* Handle basic questions and interested replies
* Move genuinely interested creators toward onboarding
* Maintain a simple tracking sheet showing contacted / replied / interested / follow-up / onboarded

About the platform

Givrr is a private creator-to-fan messaging platform.

We are not looking to replace the creator’s existing platforms.

Givrr gives creators an additional way to monetise premium private access to their audience, while remaining in control of their own presence and fan relationships.

Important

We are only interested in adult creators aged 18+.

Outreach must be professional and compliant with the rules of the platforms being used. We are not looking for spam or mass-copy-paste messaging.

What we want from you

We want someone who can actually produce conversations and interested creators — not simply provide lists of usernames.

When applying, please tell us:

1. What experience you have recruiting or contacting adult creators / webcam performers / OnlyFans creators
2. Where you would source creators
3. Approximately how many personalised creator outreaches per week you can realistically complete
4. How you would approach creators without sounding like a generic agency recruiter
5. Your best weekly fixed price
6. Whether you can handle follow-ups and replies as well as initial outreach

We want to start immediately and this can become a long-term weekly role if you perform well.
