We moved office 3 miles from KT22 to KT 24 to a fully serviced office. We updated our address and Google stated they would send a postcard. When they did not we contacted them and they suspended our account. I need someone who can communicate the correct process as it seems we are dealing with AI chatbots who cannot differentiate between sole traders and Ltd Companies or companies moving to a bigger office.
