LinkedIn Lead/Prospect data gathering for email campaign

We are running a B2B email marketing campaign targeting our people within our industry and require contacts gathered from LinkedIn.
Process:
• Scrape contacts from a specific search criterion within LinkedIn, must have sales navigator

• Retrieve email addresses using preferred email finder tool (such as hunter.io)

• For those contacts who are missing emails, find their generic company email (such as enquiries@, office@, or info@) via their website

• Verify email using tool (such as bouncer)

You must have access to all the tools above, including LinkedIn Sales navigator
Initial project will be for the first 1000 contacts, then further ongoing work will repeat for the final contacts (approx. 30k in total). Please submit proposals for the cost for the original 1000 contacts.
