Vacation photos/videos turned into video montage

I have about 200, maybe 250 photos and short videos that I would like created into a video montage. This is for private family use, NOT commercial use and will be on a private youtube channel. All videos will already be edited so all I need you to do is upload, center photos correctly, insert the short videos and add some decent music. Some minor graphics of your choosing is fine.
