We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required.
