Description
We are seeking a senior-level digital agency, a structured team, or an expert Full-Stack Product Creator to handle the complete end-to-end overhaul (UI/UX Design in Figma + Custom WordPress Development) for our corporate employee benefits and insurance agency platform. The current website is text-heavy and lacks interactive features. The goal is to build a sleek, high-converting, and modern enterprise platform from scratch.
PHASE 1: UI/UX DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
User Path Segmentation: The design must instantly segment three distinct audiences on the homepage: Employers/HR Managers, Insurance Brokers, and End Employees.
Key Layouts Needed: A premium segmented Homepage (with onboarding pipeline timelines and custom dashboard mockups), a detailed Services/Tech showcase, and a high-trust Lead-Gen/Demo booking funnel.
Design System: Deliver a highly disciplined Figma project using a rigid Layout Grid System (12-column desktop @ 1440px / 4-column mobile @ 375px) and a complete corporate UI Kit (exact typography scales, interactive states, organized naming conventions).
PHASE 2: NATIVE WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT
Strict Code Architecture: Clean custom theme build utilizing native Gutenberg blocks combined with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro). Zero Page Builders Policy: Absolute ban on heavy infrastructure like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. All elements must be rendered using lightweight, custom HTML/PHP.
Performance & Core Web Vitals: Exceptional optimization out of the box to guarantee elite loading speeds (strictly targeting 90+ score on Google PageSpeed Insights for both Desktop and Mobile views) and absolute control over CLS. Asset Compliance: All icons, badges, and layout vectors must be coded using native, lightweight inline SVG shapes.
WHAT WE EXPECT IN YOUR PROPOSAL:
Links to premium, live corporate B2B, SaaS, or fintech websites that your team designed AND coded from scratch. Confirmation that you develop natively on WP (without visual builders like Elementor). Your estimated timeline split by Phase 1 (Design) and Phase 2 (Development). We have attached a detailed 3-page Technical Specification PDF below. Please analyze it carefully before bidding. Generic or automated boilerplate proposals will be archived instantly. Thank you!

Mr. Mark,
Before preparing the UI/UX, do you already have user journey maps or conversion goals defined for each audience (Employers, Brokers, and Employees), or would you like me to help establish those during the design phase? -

Hey Mark, could you please share the current website or any existing screenshots, along with any brand guidelines/logo files and 2–3 reference websites that reflect the design quality you’re aiming for?
-

- Since the homepage will serve Employers/HR Managers, Insurance Brokers, and End Employees, could you share the primary conversion goal and expected journey for each audience? Should each segment lead to dedicated landing pages, unique forms, separate content hubs, or personalized calls-to-action throughout the website?
- For the smart lead routing system, should inquiries be automatically directed to different teams based on user type? Additionally, do you require integration with an existing CRM, email marketing platform, or automation system to manage consultations, quotes, and follow-up communications?
- You mentioned interactive dashboard mockups and technology integration showcases. Are these intended to be visual marketing assets only, or should they include interactive prototypes, animations, clickable workflows, or live product demonstrations within the website? -

Hello Mark,
Your current employee benefits and insurance platform is text heavy and does not clearly split the journey for employers, brokers, and employees, and moving it to a native WordPress build with a disciplined design system will fix that from the ground up. Please go ahead and share your brand guidelines and hosting details if available.
Thanks
