We are a small business using MS Teams and I am trying to update how we do things so I can begin to automate processes for my admin team. Initially, I want to convert a couple of logs which we update in Excel into MS Lists so they are easier to use and we can add automation later - for example we when we send a client file this is logged in Excel in a list and given a sequential number to keep a log, I would like to move this to MS lists so users instead fill in a form and the sequential number is automatically calculated - Is this something you can help with please?

Project Summary: Meeting Document Automation in Microsoft Teams I am looking for a developer to create a solution that automates the generation of documents after meetings in Microsoft Teams. The goal is to improve my personal productivity by creating documents such as: Formatted Transcription in Word. Meeting Minutes, with information on who spoke, what was said, and at what times. Activity Summary, with tasks mentioned during the meeting. The solution should extract the native transcription from Teams. Transcription is not available in both the web and desktop versions, so the choice of whether to use the Teams web or desktop version will be made by the developer, based on their experience and the reliability of the solution. If the meeting is in English, the solution should also generate an additional translation into Portuguese. The application can run: Locally, using the installed Microsoft Teams and Word on the computer. In the browser, using the web version of Teams and Word, depending on the developer's choice to ensure the most reliable solution. The application will be used exclusively for my personal productivity, running with my personal credentials, which will be logged in daily. It will not be commercialized. Technical Requirements: The application can be developed in Python or another language, depending on the developer's recommendation. It must be compatible with Windows and capable of running in the background (local or browser). Jenny had personal Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts before starting to develop her Art web site. To ensure “clean” art accounts new social media accounts were set up but they appear to be linked to personal social media accounts (except perhaps Pinterest) Our strategy is to make art collectors across the U.K. and in English speaking countries aware of Jenny Nash Art, and to market and sell paintings online, rather than through traditional art galleries. We can post directly to our Art Instagram but can only cross post to personal Facebook page – so auto posting from Art Instagram is going to the Jenny’s personal Facebook page, not to the Art business Facebook page. 10. We would like to push images of paintings from the website to Pinterest so that the information about the paintings shows on Pinterest and when someone wants to ‘read more’ the person is linked back to the website. Please include the use of any relevant social media features and activities that will benefit our business, that we have not thought of utilising. Once the social media sites are working properly, we show us how to use our fully working and integrated social media platforms, so we can manage them in future. We want a Microsoft power app created to manage this, connecting into system API's. Behind the scenes configuration tables - These must be editable by the client, but only users with a certain permission. - Award - Fields: Name & Competency selection (multi-select from list) - Competency - Reference & Name Main page: 1.
