We are a UK healthcare provider looking for short-term Microsoft 365 support.
We need help replacing an Excel staff training tracker with Microsoft Lists, including automated expiry reminders using Power Automate (3 months, 2 months, 1 month, overdue).
Scope is limited to one list, calculated status, views, reminders, and basic permissions. No LMS, no integrations.

To confirm the scope and price, please clarify (1) who should receive the 3/2/1-month and overdue reminders (staff member, manager, or a central inbox) and whether recipient emails should come from a List column or your M365 directory, (2) the approximate number of records and required fields (e.g., course, completion date, expiry date, team/department), and (3) whether you can provide a test SharePoint site/List with standard member access and confirm Power Automate is enabled/licensed for the intended users.
