I worked with Osama on reformatting a document. While there’s still room for growth in terms of technical proficiency, what really stood out was his attitude and work ethic.

He was highly dedicated, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile, working late into the night and even offering to be available very early the next morning to keep things moving. During a particularly tight deadline where I had to pull an all-nighter, his commitment and reliability made a real difference.
