I need a fillable pdf
I need a fillable pdf created for tenant property inventories. At the moment I do it all on Microsoft Word and manually add all of the property photos and it takes a long time to do and then line everything back up. I have the template that I use now but I would like to be able to upload photos to the document when filling it in either from my phone or ipad. For example, 'kitchen': under the title there will need to be the list of items to check then the ability to tick or cross next to each one and then a text box at the bottom that I can type notes into. Then underneath that a box that I can click and have the ability to upload the kitchen photos I have just taken. I would need this repeated for the various rooms I will provide and then at the very end of the document I will need space for 4 signatures and a date stamp for when each was signed. I hope I have explained this well!
