I require assistance with the design and layout of a media room. There are a few challenges we are facing, including:
- Furniture ordered may not be appropriate due to the size dimensions (we are within the cooling off period)
- There are wide French doors with windows on one side of the rom
- A doorway needs to be created so there is access to an office (same wall as the room entrance door)

You need to share a floor plan with dimensions to get any sort of useful response. From your description there is no way to visualise anything.
