We are a small business using MS Teams and I am trying to update how we do things so I can begin to automate processes for my admin team. Initially, I want to convert a couple of logs which we update in Excel into MS Lists so they are easier to use and we can add automation later - for example we when we send a client file this is logged in Excel in a list and given a sequential number to keep a log, I would like to move this to MS lists so users instead fill in a form and the sequential number is automatically calculated - Is this something you can help with please?

If the meeting is in English, the solution should also generate an additional translation into Portuguese. The application can run: Locally, using the installed Microsoft Teams and Word on the computer. In the browser, using the web version of Teams and Word, depending on the developer's choice to ensure the most reliable solution. The application will be used exclusively for my personal productivity, running with my personal credentials, which will be logged in daily. It will not be commercialized. Technical Requirements: The application can be developed in Python or another language, depending on the developer's recommendation.
