I want to hire two Customer Service Analysts for a remote engagement to analyze customer satisfaction data, feedback, and support metrics. The selected individuals will identify trends and insights aimed at enhancing service quality and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and support tickets using Excel or spreadsheets, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards that illustrate satisfaction scores and common issues, tracking essential support metrics, and identifying recurring problems while recommending actionable improvements. Weekly and monthly summary reports must be prepared, showcasing clear insights and visualized findings using basic data tools, preferably Excel charts or Google Data Studio.
Ideal candidates will possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience in customer service data analysis, and a solid understanding of customer support metrics such as CSAT and NPS. The ability to discern patterns and communicate insights effectively is crucial, alongside excellent written English for report preparation. Reliable internet access and the capability to work independently are essential.
This is a part-time remote freelance position, requiring 10-20 hours per week from each analyst, with ongoing contracts and monthly reviews. Compensation will be based on hourly rates or a fixed monthly price, contingent upon experience.
