Excel automation project – smart workbooks + master dashboard
**Update to project brief** After some further refinement I now need further work doing including support with data mapping excels to each other and I need some further support with Excel formula on all excels. If this is something you can still support with please let me know - I've updated the budget to reflect. NDA will be required. Hi, I have a set of structured Excel workbooks already built. (there's 4 businesses in total each with 2 workbooks per a business that need to feed into each other and then a master) I’m looking for an experienced Excel freelancer to help with: Adding formulas and logic across multiple tabs Creating calculated metrics and simple RAG (Green/Amber/Red) indicators Applying clean formatting and dropdowns Linking multiple workbooks together Formatting dashboards that pulls data from those workbooks (each workbook needs a dashboard which then needs to feed into my master one) Ensuring everything is stable and easy to refresh Important: The structure is already designed – no redesign required but if there are suggestions to make it better and more functional for my businesses that will be super helpful This is an implementation task (logic + linking only) Must be done in Excel (Power Query preferred but open to suggestions) Deliverables: Fully working Excel files with logic in place Dashboard correctly pulling data Simple instructions for updating / refreshing I hope I am explaining this well - essentially I am trying to build a smarter system for my managers to use to make their jobs easier but still make sure data is captured properly.

Hi there. This is for my mother's new business project. She's look for a logo design that can be used on: new website, local business cards and larger Vinyl for her Van. The company is called 'Not Just Dog Walking'. The service she will offer is dog walking as well as other pet services. However for the logo she would just like 'Home Visits' and 'Pets to Vets' called out. We ran simple idea through AI, but this is not what she is after, so please don't use for basis - i.e. she does not want a block background... but she was just trying to throw whats in her head at it. However it is useful for colour pallet, as would like Darker Green and Dark Grey (note the Van is Silver, have added a pic for reference) so would want to look good against that, and the wording is what she wants included. Just some other context, she lives quite remote countryside of Sussex. Although dogs will be the bread and butter of the business, she will offer pet servies for dogs, cats, birds, parrots, rabbits, etc. Hopefully you can help with some more modern design but in-keeping with the type of business. She's not looking for too much going on or pics of dogs, etc. Something a bit slicker.

WooCommerce Store Owner Needed — 1-Hour Paid Beta Test
I'm looking for ~10 WooCommerce store owners to test a new analytics plugin called Exanta AI before its public launch. What Exanta does, in one sentence: it lets you ask questions about your store in plain English (e.g. "What were my top sellers last month?" or "Which products have the highest return rate?") and instantly returns answers, charts, and the SQL behind them — no technical knowledge required. Want to see exactly what's involved before you apply? The 5-minute walkthrough is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1P_UEYaYSs What you'll do (60 minutes total): 1. Watch a 5-minute walkthrough video. 2. Register a free account at exanta.ai. 3. Download and install the plugin on your WooCommerce store (live or staging — your choice). 4. Run a one-time database structure scan (this only reads the shape of your database — table names and column names — never your actual data; details below). 5. Ask 5–10 questions about your store and review the answers. 6. Complete a short feedback questionnaire (about 10 minutes). What you get: £35 paid via PeoplePerHour on completion. Free Pro-tier access to the plugin (100 questions/month) for the full beta period. Requirements (must-haves) - You own or manage a WooCommerce store (v8 or higher). - At least 3 months of order history in the store (so the AI has something to analyse). - You can install a WordPress plugin (upload zip → activate) without help. - Reliable internet, a computer (not phone), and ~1 hour of uninterrupted time. Privacy & data — please read This is the bit that matters most, and I want to be upfront about it. The plugin connects to your WooCommerce database. During the one-time setup it generates a structural map of your database — table names, column names, and relationships. It does not copy, transmit, or store your actual customer, order, or product data during this step. When you ask a question, the question itself plus the database structure (no data) is sent to our backend, which writes a SQL query and runs it locally inside your WordPress install. The aggregated results — typically counts, totals, and averages — are then returned to you and logged on our side for product improvement. If you'd be more comfortable testing on a staging copy of your store, we strongly encourage that, but that staging store MUST have at least 3 months of data. A signed beta agreement covering this is provided when you accept. Deliverables To get paid, you need to: Successfully complete the install and run at least 5 questions through the plugin. Submit the feedback questionnaire with substantive answers (not single words). The most valuable feedback is in the open-text questions — please take the time to give thoughtful answers about what worked, what didn't, and what questions you'd want to ask if you used this every day. Report any bugs you encounter through the questionnaire or via PPH If something goes wrong during the test (an error, a step doesn't work), that's still useful — flag it in the questionnaire and you'll still get paid. I just need genuine engagement with the test, not a perfect run. A note on fees and payment The £35 fee is FIXED AND NON NEGOTIABLE. Please don't apply quoting a higher figure or planning to renegotiate after acceptance — those proposals will be skipped automatically and reported to PPH. Payment is processed exclusively through PeoplePerHour's escrow system. I will not pay via bank transfer, PayPal, crypto, or any other off-platform method, and I won't move communication off-platform either. This is for our mutual protection. How to apply In your proposal, please include: - The URL of your WooCommerce store (live or staging — staging is fine). - Your WooCommerce version and roughly how many orders per month you process. - Whether you have HPOS enabled (it's fine either way — both are supported). - A sentence or two on why you're interested. I'm prioritising applicants who give me enough information to confirm fit on the first message. Vague applications ("I'm interested, please send details") will be skipped — sorry, but with ~10 spots I need to filter quickly. Looking forward to your applications. — Mike

a month ago44 proposalsRemoteHubSpot Mobile Navigation & Page Style Fix
We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS freelancer to fix a mobile navigation issue on our website. At the moment, the burger icon appears on mobile, but when visitors tap it, nothing opens. This means mobile users can’t access the rest of the site properly. We don’t need a redesign at this stage. We simply need the mobile menu to work correctly and show the same links and general styling as the desktop navigation – we are using an old template. We’d also like help tidying up a small number of pages that appear to be using an older template or styling. There are currently two affected pages that we can point you to. The work would involve tracking down any rogue styles, modules or template settings and bringing those pages back in line with the rest of the website. You’ll be working directly in HubSpot CMS, so we need someone confident with the HubSpot drag-and-drop editor, Design Manager, HubL and the file system. Please include in your quote: Investigation and fix for the mobile burger menu Review and correction of the two affected pages A test/staging version for us to check before anything goes live Publishing the approved changes A short period of support after publishing in case anything breaks or needs adjusting We’re looking for a practical fix rather than a full redesign, so please quote on that basis.

7 days ago18 proposalsRemoteAPP Design & application Expert
I am the Managing Director of a UK based company. Over the past few months, we have been working with a development company to build an app, which is currently around 50–70% complete. This is our first experience developing a product like this. We have also been working with a freelancer, but their experience; particularly in aesthetics, user flow, and overall customer experience, is not at the level we require. As a result, we are looking for a high-end app developer or product specialist to work with us on a consultancy basis. We expect this to involve approximately 5 to 10 hours over the next couple of weeks. Initially, we would need someone to: * Understand the project through videos and written documentation * Join us on a live demonstration with the existing developers * Analyse and review the near-final product * Provide strategic feedback on user experience, flow, functionality, and overall polish We have found that many developers are highly technical but can only work to guidance as appose to initiative. What we are looking for is someone who can think independently, understand both the business owner and end customer journey, and identify improvements proactively. The app is designed for business owners and their customers, and includes features such as: * Marketing tools * Loyalty schemes * Event management * Prepay / pre-order functionality * Customer interaction and engagement Fluent English and confidence in face-to-face meetings are essential. If you believe you are the right person to help, please get in touch. - I would also like to add; if you have applied before. We have your details on record & will contact you, if we want to consider you for the assignment. Thank you.

Animator Needed, E-Learning Module, Healthcare Training
The brief: We are looking for a talented animator to create a short animations for professional healthcare e-learning modules. The animations will support the introduction of a complex new concept to the learner and your job is to make that concept feel accessible, engaging and memorable without overshadowing the narration. This is not about visual spectacle. It is about clarity, warmth and impact. The best animations for learning do one thing brilliantly, they make an idea land in a way that words alone cannot. What we are looking for: • A modern, dynamic and visually interesting animation style • Simple and effective — the visuals support the message, they do not compete with it • Clean and professional — this is a published healthcare training product • Able to work in harmony with a voiceover narration — the animation breathes with the words rather than distracting from them • Delivered in MP4 format at 1080p 16:9 suitable for uploading to a professional e-learning platform The animation will need to: • Introduce a concept that is new to the learner in a way that feels intuitive and natural • Use visual metaphor and movement to reinforce key ideas at the right moments • Maintain a tone that is warm, human and professional throughout • Feel like it belongs in a modern, high quality learning environment You are ideal for this if you: • Have experience creating animation for e-learning, explainer or educational content • Understand the difference between animation that entertains and animation that teaches • Can demonstrate the ability to simplify complex ideas through movement and visual storytelling • Have a portfolio that shows restraint as well as creativity — knowing what not to animate is just as important as knowing what to • Are comfortable working from a detailed script and taking creative direction Please include in your application: • A link to your portfolio — specifically any educational or explainer animation • A brief note on how you would approach animating to support a narrated concept • Your estimated turnaround time • Your rate for a 2 to 3 minute animation
