Responsibilities:

* Build and optimize sales, marketing, and customer support workflows.

* Automate lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
* Import, clean, and manage customer data.
* Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend best practices for improving efficiency.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience with one or more major CRM platforms.
* Strong understanding of CRM architecture and business processes.
* Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
* Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
* Experience with custom CRM development.
* Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
* Experience integrating CRMs with websites, payment gateways, email marketing platforms, and ERP systems.
