Duties
- Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and hiring teams alike
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HRIS platforms like Workday, PeopleSoft, or iCIMS
- Conduct thorough interviewing processes, including technical recruiting and high-volume recruitment initiatives, to identify top talent efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners through relationship management and strategic outreach

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting roles with expertise in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, and full cycle recruiting across diverse industries
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively
- Familiarity with talent management software such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; experience with HR systems like SAP or Kronos is a plus
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to utilize social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate sourcing and employer branding
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Bullhorn; proficiency in HRIS platforms like Paychex or ADP is advantageous
