Looking for an experienced freelance Recruitment Consultant to provide support over the next couple of weeks due to an influx of live vacancies. The project will involve speaking with candidates who have applied to roles, sourcing candidates via job boards provided, formatting CVs and general recruitment support/admin. We work across a wide variety of industry sectors, however a large proportion of the vacancies are engineering and manufacturing focused, so you will need to be comfortable jumping from speaking with a Welder one moment, to a Project Engineer the next, alongside some commercial and office-based roles too. This would suit somebody already experienced within recruitment who is confident speaking with candidates, qualifying suitability and managing varied vacancies at pace. Flexible on structure, happy to pay either hourly or day rate. - Please just include your hourly rate / day rate. We are only a two man agency and as such need someone we feel we can trust. Realistically, I probably need support across 1–3 days over the next two weeks initially. UK based only due to time zones and communication.
