Description
1) Fix my Google Ads Search campaign
2) Review and make improvements to a one-page Squarespace website
Business:
Local driver medical service in Liverpool (Taxi, HGV, D4, private hire).
PART 1 – Google Ads (hands-on work required):
My Google Ads Search campaign is live but has not been serving impressions properly.
I need someone to:
- Fix keyword targeting and match types
- Add sitelinks, callouts, and ad assets
- Check bidding strategy and daily budget
- Ensure correct location targeting (Liverpool / Merseyside only)
- Get the campaign SERVING with impressions
PART 2 – Website
The website is already live and functional (Stripe payments and booking system enabled).
At this stage I would require a review, website cleaned up a bit and made easier for people to process and access
No website or account access will be given initially.
If we agree on changes later, access can be granted.
IMPORTANT:
This is a one-off task, not ongoing management.
Please briefly explain what you would change in Google Ads and what you would look for on the website.
Budget: £100
UK-based or fluent English preferred.

Shakeel — could you please share redacted screenshots of your Google Ads campaign status/diagnostics, location targeting, bidding + daily budget, and keywords (incl. match types), plus any “Limited/Policy/Not eligible/Low search volume” warnings?
Also, please confirm the exact Liverpool/Merseyside targeting rule you want (city boundary vs specific postcodes/radius) and whether it should be Presence-only (people in/regularly in the area) rather than “Presence or interest”. -

Before I begin, I just want to confirm one important detail so I approach this correctly. For the Google Ads account, are you currently using a Smart bidding strategy such as Maximise clicks or conversions, or is the campaign set to manual bidding, and has conversion tracking already been set up for bookings or calls?
This will determine whether the issue is primarily delivery related or signal related, and lets me fix the right thing first without wasting time. -

Before I make any changes I need to align on two things that directly affect results.
First, on Google Ads, is the campaign currently receiving any impressions at all, or is it completely inactive despite being approved and enabled. This tells me whether the issue is bidding and eligibility or keyword and targeting structure.
Second, on the website, what is the single most important action you want users to take once they land on the page booking immediately calling you or learning more before committing. This determines how I prioritise layout clarity and call to action placement.
Once I have these answers I can move decisively and fix the right problems first.
