Review asset purchase agreement

I would like somebody to review an asset purchase agreement for me please. I am selling my business assets, not the business. There is a shop lease in place and I rent out rooms in the current premises to individual practitioners. I wish to continue to do this after the asset sale and continue the business in that way. I have agreed to sell the physical assets- the machines, stock, website, social media accounts and my client list. I do not intend to continue practising at the business. I am concerned that the asset purchase agreement is looking to take the name, s despite not looking to trade under this and this being the name of the Company that has not been purchased. I am also concerned that my name has been put down as a personal guarantor and is something I am not willing to do. We appreciate the responses however the quotes are open ended in terms of cost. Our budget for this process is $100. No long term SEO agreements. This is a one-time effort to resolve what technical site errors exist with respect to SEO/search engine placement regardless of how high with regard to rank. While the search engine ranking provides some credibility and recognition for our company, we are not an e-commerce site nor do we generate any significant business from the listing. The site is fundamentally for information only. Having said that, it's likely we will retract this project from bids due to ambiguity of proposals. Thank you. It's important that I make clear that the current site that we have was created a couple of months ago and was not previously in use. We have additional Magento sites that performed very well in terms of rank without any further SEO support. One of these other sites has also moved from Magento to WordPress and will be live soon. I also believe that the lack of ranking concern with the newer site is caused by technical site design/implementation issues rather than content or keywords. We have very unique products and there isn't significant competition in terms of what we manufacture. It may not be near the top yet but should still appear somewhere!
