Promethean Consulting is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer to help us generate qualified leads and booked calls for online coaches, consultants, and expert-based businesses.
We help coaches doing roughly $5k–$30k/month install a done-for-you appointment engine using Meta ads, landing pages/VSL funnels, CRM automations, and appointment-setting systems. The goal is to produce consistent qualified booked calls that turn into high-ticket clients.
We need someone who can take ownership of Meta campaigns from day one. You should already have experience running campaigns for high-ticket coaching, consulting, info-product, or expert-based offers. This is not an entry-level role.
You will be responsible for managing campaigns, testing creatives and angles, analyzing performance, improving CPL and booked-call rates, and helping identify bottlenecks across the full funnel.
The right person understands that the goal is not just cheap leads. The goal is qualified booked calls that convert into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Building, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
Testing new creatives, copy angles, audiences, and offers
Improving lead quality, booked-call rate, and cost per booked call
Reviewing funnel performance and spotting bottlenecks
Reporting performance clearly each week
Working directly with the founder and team to scale campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of Meta Ads experience
Experience with coaching, consulting, info-product, or high-ticket offers
Strong understanding of lead gen, VSL, webinar, and booked-call funnels
Ability to analyze data and make clear decisions
Strong communication and ownership
Experience with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus
