Freelance Operations Management Role

We are looking for someone to help us with an operational management role for 3 months to support with overseeing our outsourcing team of freelancers, who complete a range of projects for us. The team manage our social media, YouTube, training academy, podcast and development of all our policies and procedures and standard operating procedures, ad well as VA support. The Operational Management role will involve ensuring that all operating systems and processes are robust. It will a freelance role of up to 3 days a week.
