Commercial shop fitting support

We are a small cafe doing shoplifting in a shopping centre for a kiosk. We were asked to provide project management contact and key personnel of the contractors.

However we will be hiring all sub contractors under our own company - same company as the cafe.

With this we have to get a project management number to the landlord.

We would like to ask if you provide any service that we can provide your number to landlord as not sure if this would be accepted (cafe owner directly manage sub contractors)
