We are a private hire and passenger transport company based in Surrey and are looking for an experienced tender/procurement specialist who is very familiar with Surrey County Council, particularly its Home-to-School, SEND and passenger transport procurement processes. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how Surrey County Council’s tendering/procurement portal and application process works and can lead and assist us through the process from start to finish. This is important to us. We are not looking for a general tender writer who will need us to explain the process or who will be learning how Surrey County Council’s system works while completing our application. We need someone experienced who understands what is required and can provide us with clear guidance throughout. We have previous experience within Surrey County Council school/passenger transport through a different company, and as a result we already have a substantial amount of documentation that may be useful for the new application. I have a completed rough first draft of an evaluation report that already contains all content & analysis and is largely structured as it should be. I have used AI to pull it together, using written material and analysis I have previously produced for this project, and have since done a second pass to refine it a bit. My normal next step would be to now go through it again and re-write it up properly and humanly - removing/with no AI writing, removing repetition across and between sections, verbosity, and generally fine-tuning the content as well as structure/flow within each sub-section. Through this process, I am aiming to reduce the word count from approximately 16,000-18,000 to approximately 10,000-12,000 I am looking for someone with writing experience to take over this final step and to ghost-rewrite this report in terms of those aspects mentioned above.
