Charity Window Vinyl Campaign

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to create a series of window vinyl graphics for Elys Wimbledon, as part of the department store’s 150th anniversary celebrations. Throughout October, we will be using our store windows to showcase and celebrate 10 local charities shortlisted for the Best Charity category at the Merton Best Business Awards. We need a designer to develop a strong, cohesive visual treatment across two types of window vinyl: Vinyl 1 – Campaign Messaging A main campaign graphic celebrating Elys’ relationship with the local community, featuring messaging around discovering, supporting and donating to the shortlisted charities. Vinyl 2 – Individual Charity Graphics A consistent template adapted for each of the 10 charities, incorporating: * Charity logo * QR code linking to their website/donation page * Campaign call-to-action * Merton Best Business Awards logo The overall creative direction will be black background with white typography, with a bold, premium and contemporary feel appropriate for a department store window. We require artwork across a number of landscape window sizes, ranging from approximately 1250mm–2000mm wide × 1000mm high. In total, the project consists of: * 9 campaign messaging vinyls * 10 individual charity vinyls * 19 final artwork files The core creative only needs to be developed once for each vinyl type and then adapted across the different sizes and charity identities. All copy, logos, charity assets and QR codes/URLs will be supplied. We are looking for someone with strong typography and layout skills, ideally with experience designing retail graphics, large-format print, window campaigns, signage or visual merchandising artwork. The successful designer will need to supply: * Initial creative concept/layout * Artwork adaptations across the required sizes * 10 individual charity versions * Print-ready PDF artwork * Editable source files * Artwork prepared correctly for large-format vinyl production The campaign will be installed in October, so this is a relatively quick-turnaround project. A full creative brief, artwork dimensions and assets will be provided on appointment. I have a Microsoft Access front-end file (Access 2010 format, saved as .accdr) with a VBA project password that's been lost. I need the VBA project unlocked so I can access the modules and forms code again — the database itself opens fine, it's only the VBA editor that's password-protected.
