Sales & Business Development – Trainee / All-Rounder
We are looking for two motivated all-rounders to join a well-established company focused on personal development, business growth, and long-term opportunity.
For over 16 years, we’ve helped UK SMEs grow through a proven referral-based marketing and loyalty concept, supporting independent businesses and driving measurable results.
The Role
This position starts in sales, providing hands-on experience speaking with UK business owners and introducing them to our products and services. Once trained, the role develops into a Sales Coordinator position, balancing sales activity with operational support — approximately a 50/50 split.
Key duties include:
Engaging confidently with business owners across the UK
Introducing solutions and presenting products in clear, fluent, enthusiastic English
Processing orders and managing client accounts
Coordinating with sales colleagues and graphic designers
Supporting onboarding and after-sales activity
Demonstrating a solutions-focused approach to client needs
