Description
We are a well-established UK marketing company with a proven track record and our own successful marketing products. As part of our next growth phase, we are expanding into remote sales and are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to lead this initiative.
The role will focus on generating new business via LinkedIn, with a specific remit to design, implement, and execute a repeatable LinkedIn-based sales system capable of consistently booking 5–8 qualified appointments per day.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and run a structured LinkedIn outreach and appointment-setting system
Engage UK business owners and senior decision-makers
Book high-quality remote sales appointments
Continuously optimise messaging, targeting, and process
Work closely with the business to scale results over time
Requirements
Proven experience selling B2B products or services in the UK
Demonstrable success using LinkedIn as a primary sales channel
Strong commercial awareness and confidence speaking with decision-makers
Self-motivated, disciplined, and process-driven
Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of results
Role Details
Initially remote
Full-time preferred, with flexibility for the right candidate
Strong potential to grow into a long-term, senior role as the channel scales
You must be results driven. Remuneration is to be negotiated however very much geared to the better you do , the more you earn. (Uncapped)
