A4 Posters to encourage app downloads

I need to design an A4 size poster to keep in my dental clinic. The objective will be to encourage users to download our rewards and loyalty points app. The poster needs to highlight benefits that the clients will receive if they download and use the app.
The designer should have an understanding of consumer behavior so that they can design the poster to be attractive as well as effective in getting clients to take action.
