a month ago9 proposalsRemoteSeeking eCommerce Beta Testers
Beta Tester - Optagen Portal & Integrations What you’re testing The Optagen portal lets you manage multiple stores by bringing together data from your commerce, analytics, accounting, inventory, and CRM systems. It creates a single ranked action list, with each recommendation labeled for trust and checked against real results. We need beta testers to use the portal with real store data and identify what breaks, what’s slow, what’s missing, and what doesn’t match reality. Integration coverage required You will test syncing and data accuracy across these integrations: Commerce platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console Shipping/3PL: ShipBob, ShipStation, Easyship Inventory systems: Cin7, Katana Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero Marketing/CRM: Klaviyo You don’t need to use every integration—just test the ones you already use. We’re aiming for each tester to cover at least 3 or 4 integrations from different categories. What we’re asking 1. Sync completeness: Check if all the expected fields from each integration show up in the portal. Are SKU, pricing, margin, sales, traffic, inventory, and competitor data there? 2. Refresh latency: See how long it takes for changes in your source system (like a price update in Shopify or a GA4 event) to show up in the ranked plan. 3. Data accuracy: Choose 5 to 10 data points you can check in both your source system and Optagen. Do they match? 4. Signal read accuracy: The portal calculates metrics such as AI visibility, SKU margins, demand signals, returns concentration, pricing elasticity, and competitor share of voice. Check these against your store. Do they make sense? Can you find the data sources if you look for them? 5. Ranked plan stability: Run the same store scan twice in one week. Does the ranked plan update based on new data, or does it stay the same? Are the revenue-impact numbers realistic? What we’re not asking * Testing the governed execution agent (scheduled to ship later; currently in development) * Load testing or scale testing * Security testing or pen testing * UX/design feedback (we’ll gather that separately) Timeline and access * Beta runs from [DATE] to [DATE] * You’ll get portal access for your own stores, using your real data—not test data. * We’ll keep an eye on logs and collect diagnostics if something fails. Please report any issues as they happen via a feedback button. * We’ll have a weekly sync call to talk about any blockers or patterns you notice. Who should apply * You run 1-5 stores across 2+ of these platforms. * You can verify data accuracy (you know your actual margins, traffic, and sales numbers) * You’re willing to spend 2-4 hours per week auditing sync health and data correctness. * You’re okay with bugs and incomplete features since this is a beta test. When you apply, please indicate: * Which platforms you currently use (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy etc.) * Rough store size (monthly revenue or annual, average order value, SKU count) * Any specific data quality concerns you have with your current setup

Fix Critical AWS Website Bugs
My site is already hosted on AWS, feature-complete on paper, yet five key components refuse to work and our go-live is now less than two weeks away. Every failure is consistent and repeatable, so I’m looking for someone who can dive straight into production-level debugging and close these gaps fast. The components that must be repaired: • Email verification (custom-built) • Dialer system (Twilio) • Booking system (custom-built) • Payment system (Stripe) • Live functionality / real-time chat All code will stay where it is—nothing leaves AWS—so you’ll need solid AWS console familiarity alongside everyday full-stack skills. I can provide repository access, architecture notes, and direct contact with the previous developer if needed. Acceptance is simple: each item above must perform reliably under normal user load, pass my own end-to-end test scripts, and remain stable for 48 hours in staging before we flip the live switch. If any hotfixes are required after launch, I expect a prompt turnaround. Please outline your approach, relevant AWS + Twilio + Stripe experience, and confirm you can commit to the 14-day window.

WordPress "Handyman" Needed — Updates & Plugin Cleanup
We run a WooCommerce store on WordPress that's fallen behind on maintenance and needs an experienced WordPress technician to bring it back up to date and clean up accumulated issues. This is not a "click update all" job — several items need licensing/subscription attention before they can be safely updated. Known issues to address: WordPress core is outdated (currently 6.9.4, 7.0 available) — needs safe update with backup. Shopkeeper theme subscription has expired — built-in updates and security patches are currently disabled; needs a decision on renewing vs. migrating away from the paid update channel WooCommerce Wholesale Pro Suite license expired — needs renewal or replacement plugin WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution both need license keys re-activated to restore auto-updates NitroPack shows as disconnected in the admin bar — needs reconnecting or reviewing whether it's still needed ~30 plugins have pending updates that need to be worked through safely (checking changelogs, testing on staging if possible) Google for WooCommerce channel shows 14 unresolved sync issues affecting the product feed Sucuri Security plugin itself is out of date General plugin audit: the site currently has ~80 installed plugins, several of which appear to overlap in function (e.g. multiple SEO/schema plugins, multiple WooCommerce shipping/tax add-ons). Would like recommendations on what can be safely deactivated/removed to reduce bloat and attack surface Scope of work: Full site backup before any changes Audit and report on expired licenses/subscriptions with renewal cost estimates where possible Update WordPress core, theme, and plugins in a safe, tested order Resolve NitroPack disconnection Investigate and resolve Google for WooCommerce feed issues Recommend a shortlist of redundant plugins for removal, with rationale Provide a brief written summary of what was done and any remaining risks Ideal skills/experience: Strong WooCommerce + WordPress maintenance background Comfortable with plugin conflict troubleshooting and staging/rollback practices Experience with premium plugin/theme licensing (Envato/ThemeForest ecosystem — WPBakery, Slider Revolution, Shopkeeper) Familiarity with Google Merchant Center / Google for WooCommerce feed issues is a plus Deliverables: Updated, secured site Written report of licensing status and recommended renewals List of plugins recommended for removal Screenshot/before-after summary If the Google feed issues require more than 2 hours of investigation, we'll agree additional scope separately

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, high-calibre Full-Stack Web Developer or Agency to design and build a custom, premium corporate website for our tech startup, Bluvia. This is Phase 1 of a long-term project. We are not looking for a one-off freelancer to throw together a template; we want to find a reliable, long-term development partner. If this initial phase goes well, there will be consistent, ongoing work including new feature rollouts, SEO optimisations, and advanced AI integrations. The Vision & Design Direction We want an elegant, high-end, and ultra-modern user experience. Code Quality: Exceptionally clean, modular, and well-documented code. Essentials: Basic on-page SEO setup, secure contact forms, Google Analytics, and security best practices. How to Apply: Please review the requirements above and provide a detailed proposal answering the following: Recommended Stack: Which technology stack (e.g., Next.js, React, Node.js, Headless CMS) do you recommend for this specific project and why? Architecture Strategy: How would you approach prepping the site's architecture for our future WhatsApp AI Concierge API integration? Portfolio: Please share 2 or 3 examples of premium corporate or startup websites you have built from scratch. Timeline & Scope: What is your estimated timeline for a project of this scale, and what exactly is covered in your quotation? Recommendations: Do you have any initial ideas further to elevate the site's performance or user experience? Budget: Open to realistic proposals based on expertise. We prioritise quality, communication, and scalability over finding the cheapest bid. Looking forward to reviewing your proposals!

Build SEO Landing Page for Accountancy Website (WordPress)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are an established UK accountancy practice expanding our brand My Office Accountant (myofficeaccountant.co.uk) into a national online service. We need an experienced WordPress developer/implementer to build out a structured library of SEO landing pages in three tiers: Tier 1 — Industry pages (25 pages). e.g. /accountants-for/contractors, /accountants-for/landlords, /accountants-for/ecommerce Tier 2 — Location pages (25 pages). e.g. /locations/manchester, /locations/birmingham, /locations/enfield Tier 3 — Intersection pages (approx. 15-25 pages). e.g. /accountants-for/contractors/manchester Important: we supply the content. Every page's copy, title tag, meta description, H1 and FAQ text will be provided by us in a structured content document, built from master templates we already have. Your job is implementation, not copywriting. Do not generate, spin or AI-write page content — any submission containing content we did not supply will be rejected at milestone review. Scope of work Reusable page template(s). Build one flexible landing-page template (or one per tier if cleaner) in the site's existing theme/page builder, matching our current branding — hero with dual CTA buttons, tick-list strip, content sections, FAQ accordion, CTA block, internal-links footer. Mobile-responsive, fast-loading (target 90+ mobile PageSpeed on template pages). Page build. Populate all ~30–33 pages from our content document into the templates, with correct URL slugs exactly as specified. Technical SEO per page: title tags, meta descriptions, single H1, correct heading hierarchy, FAQPage schema on FAQ blocks, breadcrumb schema on intersection pages, Service/Organization schema sitewide, canonical tags, all pages added to the XML sitemap. Internal linking exactly as mapped in our content document (industry ↔ location ↔ intersection three-way pattern), plus navigation/footer entries where specified. Site plumbing: ensure clean URL structure (no pattern mixing), 301 redirects if any existing pages are superseded, no orphan pages, submit updated sitemap in Google Search Console. Handover: a short screen-recorded walkthrough (10–15 min) showing how we add the next wave of pages ourselves using the template, plus documentation of any plugins/settings added. Milestones & payment M1 (25%): Template(s) approved on staging — one fully built sample page per tier, matching brand and passing mobile PageSpeed check. M2 (35%): All Tier 1 + Tier 2 pages built, schema validating (Google Rich Results Test), internal links in place. M3 (30%): Tier 3 pages built; full crawl check (Screaming Frog or similar) showing no broken links, duplicate titles or missing meta; sitemap submitted. M4 (10%): Handover video + documentation delivered. Requirements — please confirm each in your proposal Proven WordPress experience (or confirm ability on our platform after viewing the site) with landing-page/programmatic-SEO builds — include 2–3 live examples of multi-page SEO builds you've implemented Comfortable with schema markup and validating it Experience with Elementor / WPBakery / Gutenberg (state which — we'll confirm what the site uses) Basic Search Console familiarity (sitemap submission) UK English; UK working-hours overlap preferred but not essential You will be given limited-role site access (Editor/custom role) — not full admin — and staging access where available To apply, please answer these three questions (proposals that don't will be skipped) Link to one multi-page SEO/landing-page system you built: what was your role, and how many pages? How would you implement FAQPage schema on a repeatable template so non-developers can add pages later? What's your realistic timeline for M1 and M2, and your total fixed price? What we provide Full content document (all copy, metadata, slugs, FAQ text, link map) Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) and access to the existing site One point of contact with fast turnaround on approvals (24–48h) What this is NOT Not a redesign of the whole site (template must fit existing branding) Not a copywriting job Not ongoing SEO/link-building (may be discussed separately after delivery)
