Short-form video editor for 14 organic viral Reels

We’re a premium outdoor gear brand looking for an editor for a 14-Reel pilot, with the potential for ongoing batch work. The footage is already shot. It shows our shovel breaking everyday objects, or a person testing the shovel’s strength. The Reels should have viral format with organic feel. Each finished vertical Reel should be about 30-40 seconds. Length can vary depending of the shots provided for specific Reel. The 14 Reel pilot includes: • 6 close-up, object-only destruction Reels • 3 Reels with a person destroying an object • 5 Reels with a person trying to destroy the shovel You will choose and arrange the best shots, edit the Reels, and handle audio cleanup and sound design. We want to try different editing approaches in this first batch, so you are allowed to make multiple version of the same Reel. This is a test 14-Reel pilot. After the test we want to identify one or two formats for future videos. Pilot price: $10 per finished Reel, $140 for all 14-Reel pilot. To apply: - Provide five published video examples that you personally edited, each for a different brand. Links to the live posts are a plus. - Tell us your availability and your turnaround time for this 14-Reel pilot and future batches of 20–30 Reels. We need somebody who can process these quantities, so we can establish pipeline of shooting-editing-posting as an ongoing proces. We will shortlist candidates based on their existing work. After an NDA, shortlisted candidates will receive the same footage for a three-Reel paid editing test $5. We will select one editor to finish the remaining 11 Reels. For the selected editor, the three test Reels count toward the 14-Reel pilot, and the test payment counts toward the $140 pilot total. Future work: Once we settle on repeatable formats, our target is $5 per Reel for ongoing batches. AI-assisted tools are welcome if the finished videos meet the brief.

Book cover design using my original linocut artwork

Hello I'm looking for an experienced book cover designer to create a professional cover for my adult contemporary fantasy novel, The Fantastical Overlook Bakery. I am also a printmaker and have created a collection of original linocut prints specifically for the cover. I do not need an illustrator to create new artwork. Furthermore, I want the finished cover to use my own linocut artwork. I have created a rough mock-up showing the general concept and composition I have in mind (using canvas as it was the best I could do), which I will attach. I can also provide high-resolution scans of the individual linocut prints for the designer to work with. Looking for someone who can take these elements and develop them into a polished, professional book cover, particularly through strong composition, typography and colour treatment while retaining the handmade character of the original prints. The current intended paperback trim size is 5.5 × 8.5 inches. Ultimately, I will require a full paperback wrap (front, spine and back) prepared to the correct specifications for Ingram Spark. The final spine width will be supplied once the interior page count is confirmed. I would like my original linocut artwork to remain the basis of the cover, but I am open to some elements being professionally refined or touched up where needed. In particular, some of the human figures may benefit from additional refinement.
